RUNNING ON YOUR HOLIDAY, 10 GOOD REASONS WHY!

I really like to go for a run during my holidays, weather it's a citytrip or a beach vacation. It is always so nice to do =) Here are my 10 reasons why!

1. Discover new places

The most important reason why I love to run during my holidays is to discover places you would never have been to when you would have stayed in your hotel. Especially in the first days of a new trip I like to go for a run because then you can globally explore the surroundings and after that decide which places are worth visiting again!

2. Keep fit and healthy

On holidays you have the tendency to eat, eat, eat, and relax. And most of the times you get even more lazy from doing nothing, right? So get out of the chair and go for a run! Even if you are just going for like 20 minutes, you feel much more happy and satisfied during your holidays. AND you can have that desert you want without feeling guilty after worths.

3. Running distresses

People go on holiday to distress, but especially in the first days a lot of people struggle with leaving work and the home situation aside. Running can help with this! It makes your mind free!

4. Do it together!

When you are together on a holiday, it is a nice activity to go running together. Weather your near the beach or in a city, you can discover new things together. And at the same time you can motivate each other to go for a run!

5. Don't lose your condition!

A lot of people sport a lot before their holidays to get the bikini body they want, but how frustrating is it when you come back from your holiday and you lost all your shape and condition you worked so hard for?! And then after 1 week your whole result is gone. So keep moving, and go for a run!
