SUNNY TERRACES IN AMSTERDAM EAST

It's already april YAY ! We already had a few nice sunny days in the last couple of weeks and more sunny days are yet to come. And the best way to end your day after a long day hard working is to crab a nice sunny terrace right? But you don't want to search the city for hours for that right spot. So let me help you with the best sunny terraces in Amsterdam East!
Bar Louie Louie
On the Linnaeusstraat, next to the Oosterpark, you can find Louie Louie. This Cafe has only opened his doors last february and is one of the new hotspots in East! They have a very nice big terrace on the corner of the street and with good weather: guaranteed sun! The inside bar looks very cool, they have a very nice interior and a uber cool bar, also worth a visit during the more chilly days.

Volkshotel - canvas on the 7th
On the Wibautstraat you can find the Volkshotel. They have a Club and Cafe with rooftop terrace on the 7th floor, really cool! Especially during sunset it is very nice to be there. It's probably the best to go here on a really hot saterday night, so you can get some fresh wind on the rooftop, and ofcourse stay for the rest of the night partying in the night club. OH and if you want to have a nice location for your own party, you can rend Petit Canvas for the night, this is a smaller rooftop on the other side of the floor! Also a really nice location!

De vergulden Eenhoorn
On a hidden location in the middle of Amsterdam East, you can find this too cute old farm, you can find a really nice burgundy Restaurant and Cafe De Vergulden Eenhoorn. They have a very big terrace in between cute little farm houses and trees, so you really feel like you've escaped the city for a moment when your here! An oases of rest, nice beer and wine, picknick in the garden, this location is perfect for your sunny afternoons.
amsterdam roest
Roest is located on the Oostenburgereiland and is a very nice and unique place to go to. The Cafe-Bar is built in a historical industrial building which is very cool, Roest is a real hotspot! They have a full agenda with a lot of activities, like markets, festivals, art expositions and DJ's! And off course they have a very nice city beach where you can chill all day. The view over the IJ lake is very nice from the beach and the vibe is always very relaxed. You can spend here for hours on a sunny day!

Bar bukowski
On the corner of the streets Oosterpark and Beukenweg you can find the really hip Cafe Bar Bukowski! This is probably one of the smallest outside terraces of Amsterdam east and very cozy! While sitting in the sun, on the corner of quit busy intersection and opposite of the Oosterpark, there is a lot to see while your having drinks!

hotel arena
They are still rebuilding the hotel, but when it is finished the outside terrace will be amazing! They are building a fantastic Cafe and Restaurant with a really big terrace on the side of the Oosterpark, opening this summer! Everyone can come here, from locals, runners in the park, and of course tourists who stay at the hotel.
